Wisconsin Meeting: American Legion Greendale Post 416 | 6351 W. Grange Ave. | Greendale, WI 53129
Date: Wednesday, November 9, 2016
Speaker:  Luke Roffler
Topic:
Proposed Walleyes Regulation Changes for Southeast Wisconsin

Luke Roffler is a Senior Fisheries Biologist for the Wisconsin DNR. His territory is within 3 counties. He is responsible for inland lakes in Kenosha and Racine Counties and all of Walworth County, Wisconsin.

Recent investments in walleye stocking through the Wisconsin Walleye Initiative are the first step in providing long-term, sustainable walleye fisheries throughout this portion of the state. Luke will talk to us about what we can do to make sure we have great walleye fishing for years to come.

With a resource like Luke, this will be a great opportunity for a lot of Q & A for someone who has the pulse on all the inland lakes and streams of southeast Wisconsin.

Now will be a great time to get your questions answered about Geneva or a specific body of water in Luke’s area. Luke has spoken to numerous clubs like ours and has been well received with good reports about his information and presentation.

Speaker:  Club Members Panel Discussion Featuring - Bob Needles, Mike Orawiec & Steve Everetts
Topic: Late Season Trolling on Lake Erie

November Panel Discussion SpeakersIf you have not been to one of our panel discussion presentations you are in for a treat. You will get some of the most honest up to the minutes information with no holds barred! This month's panel members are some of the best crank bait trollers the club has. Their catches on Lake Erie late in the season year after year have been outstanding and they'll share with you new patterns they have uncovered. This type of fishing is not for everyone but strickly for the hardcore angler who is looking for trophy fish!

Their topics will cover; equipment, baits, colors, depths, speed and water temperatures. You will get a look at some of their custom colored baits that very few people have seen. This will be one the quickest methods to get onto a hot bite at the end of open water season for some enormous walleyes.

Definetely not a meeting you want to miss or be late in getting a good seat for, as the room will be packed. Mark your calendars and save the date now!
